The flip-down design saves valuable interior space, but folds down to create a 14" x 32" work station. The work station locks into the raised position when not in use. The cabinet features a lightweight aluminum construction with a clean, attractive finish, adding an eye-catching design. The cabinet contains pre-drilled mounting screw holes for ease of installation. Due to the variety of surfaces to which the cabinet may be mounted, mounting hardware is not included.

I reached out to Extrememax who manufactures these fold down tables regarding the table portion not being perpendicular to the wall it is mounted to. It will make it very uncomfortable to use as a table to write on or work off of. I was told that’s how they are all made. Pretty disappointing workmanship or quality control. I used a square to show how far off it is. Doesn’t look like much in picture but it’s about an inch difference from front to back.
