My only problem with the toaster is that it toasts bread unevenly. There are spots inside the toaster where the wire gets a lot hotter than surrounding spots. Had to spend a couple hours to fix this issue.

I thought toasters pretty much all made the same toast, as long as they manage to get the shade you want evenly on both sides.But to my surprise, this toaster seems to make better than normal toast. Like actually the best toast I've ever had. I think it's because this toaster is higher wattage than others.Instead of making the toast dry throughout, it's getting the outsides of the toast really crispy while leaving the inside soft and warm, even on thin rye bread slices. I wouldn't have thought that would make such a big difference, but it's heckin delightful.So, basically it's a great buy if you want great toast, but it's got other pros too.I usually only have one piece of toast in the morning (this toaster is making that difficult 🤤) and almost no toasters have a 1-slice function which annoys that crap out of me. Is being able to turn off one of the slots really too much to ask? Apparently so. But we have toast with meals often enough that it would be annoying to not to be able to do 4 slices at a time. Definitely 1st world problems, I know, but this is my toasting conundrum.So this toaster also does not have a one slice function BUT let me tell you, I tried a much more expensive Cuisinart toaster with a one slice function. All it does is turn on 'bagel mode' ( aka turns off the middle heart elements) towards the end of the toasting time so that the side that's been getting blasted by both middle elements stops cooking and the outside side keeps cooking. The issue is that the Cuisinart had set 'shade levels', instead of variable. So for a particular bread I had, level 2 wasn't dark enough and I had to add time, 3 was too dark and I had to cancel early, either way it messed up the 1 slice function.SO for much less money, you can get this toaster which has variable toasting time and just turn on the bagel function near the end of the time to get a perfect single slice. This toaster also has a countdown timer which makes it much easier, unlike the Cuisinart.This toaster also cooks faster, fits longer slices, and gives me back counter space vs a regular 4 slice toaster. I really, really like it!

Toasts bread products great, I even love that there's a countdown timer. Also, the built in warming rack is great, especially when I don't time things out right and I want to keep my toast warm after it's toasted.

Still works after a 3 months in storage. Extra wide for bagels. Price was reasonable. Love the digital. Heats up fast. Toasts great!

I have many kitchen appliances that I use but Ive been looking at toasters for a while. I have a toaster oven that I used before but it took a while before it was done. I did a lot of searches for the right toaster for me. I had several on my list but decided to take the plunge and purchase this one. I like that fact that it was wide and had a heating rack on the top. Ive had this for a few months now and so far so good. I love how wide the slots are and that I can toast several slices at once. The heating rack on top is great and makes sure the bread doesn't burn. The best part for me is the timer on the toaster as I know how much time I have to prep other things. Much easier than a toaster oven and wont burn anything if I forget about it. The clean up is great as the trap door for the crumbs is easy to remove and clean. Fits perfectly on the counter and doesnt take up much room.

The shipping box arrived punctured , the product box also. The toaster was also dented. I think the outer toaster is a bit flimsy. I thought to send it back only because of the dent, but everything works and it toasts well. If you plan to use the heating rack I found that small muffins need to be supported, so I used aluminum foil. Jumbosize muffins would be okay. Things do heat on the rack fairly well.The crumb tray fills quickly, remember toRemove and clean it often. EZ.So, I gave it a 4 .I think it’s kinda pricey for what it is.But it is in the range of the other similar models.

I was BEGGING my boyfriend to buy a new toaster. My son got a birthday gift card and we already bought all the toys he wanted and then some, so I figured cool just spent a TON of money on him so now I think I’ll just go ahead and use this for a new toaster too. Happy birthday to my wonderful son! Best toaster EVER! Best functions, easy to use, super nice looking, very great quality, and the price is absolutely on point! 1000000000% recommend! I LOVE that is has the little pop up part so you can just lightly warm up cold butter on toast or cream cheese to whatever! Works like a champ!!!!

Good price for this toaster and the reviews had helped my decision purchase it. From time to time, only one side of the toaster toasts not so well, but I am keeping it.Very light weight compared to my previous Breville toaster that lasted 12 years. It was too expensive to buy same make.I am please with this purchase.
