3.5 stars. Per Amazon order history, I ordered this a little less than 5 years ago... I kept it in the shower, but out of the path of the water (but still a periodically humid environment). About a month ago, the top half of most of the clock numbers stopped illuminating. Fresh battery didn't help. The suction cups were also weak; they wouldn't stay stuck on my non-glossy tile. Clock drift was minimal, so that was good. And I only needed to replace the one AA battery a couple times, which was also good. The temperature reading was a nice touch. Just wish it would've lasted a little longer.

Ordered my first one in June 2018. Have used it in my bathroom on the bathroom mirror since. Loved it so much that I bought another in April 2023 for my kitchen. Not once has it fallen or failed. It is easy to switch batteries and adjust the time during time change as it just twists to release the base from the front portion. No need to remove suction. In my kitchen it’s suctioned against the wall tile. I love being able to see the large numbers and prevents me from spending too much time in the shower 😅. Worth the price. Get it.

This shower clock is very useful, has great suction cups that securely mount in the shower. Also has a large display that includes the date so we don’t get ready for work on a day off!

The suction cups do not work. So you will have to find a way to secure it to your shower. That is an added expense. The display is also not very dark. Would be nice if it was darker as you would be able to see it better.

Clock was fine at first. Suction cups didn't really work, but I could live with that. After about 3 months the middle of the digital numbers stopped working, so it doesn't tell the time anymore. Changed batteries, did a hard reset...nothing worked. Do NOT recommend this clock.

We have it over the end of the bathtub and find it really helpful. Now we know how long we have been in the tub for!!!

The only snag I ran into was when one of the suction cups went over the grout between tiles. It weakened the overall suction strength. So I just took it off the wall and put all the suction cups in a position to be fully flat against the tiles they were on. Worked beautifully. It does require one AA battery, not included, but other than that, this worked perfectly. I'm very happy with this unit.

I have glass windows and I had hoped that the suction would work directly against the window. It did not. I managed to suspend it instead. Very easy to read and a great reminder each morning as to what day it! Being retired keeps you on track!

I’m one of those chronically late people. I lose track of time very easily. Having a reliable clock in the shower help. Also handy to see the date and day of the week to remind me of things that may be going on first thing in the morning. Also very impressed with the suction power. The walls in my shower are terrible for suction cups. Nothing lasts more than a week on those walls. But this thing has been going strong for a couple months now.

Good clock. Should come with instructions. Mine wasn’t as straightforward as the buttons were.Mine had a scratch on the plastic lens but it was so small I kept it.

So far so good! Worth the price. Decided to go with this shower clock over the others because it was the only one with all good reviews. I didn't really want to spend $35 on a clock though, but you get what you pay for! Helps me get ready in the morning because I tend to lose track of time when I'm in the shower.Edit: Several months have gone by and this thing is still working perfectly after taking the steam from my hot showers like a champ. Still every pleased with this clock. Thought Id add, to the folks who hate how much this sticks out, just take off the suction cups and use a nail! Theres a hole in the back of the clock where you can mount it with a nail (I think? oh well its what I used it for!). I did that because I didnt trust the suction cups.Update: 7/29/2019 - Over a year since purchase and this clock is still working just fine. It survived a move no problem and this time at my new place Im using the suction cups and it hasn't fallen once. Still very happy with this clock and it was worth the $35 I originally grumbled about hahaUpdate 2: 2/3/2020 - Will be almost 2 years now that Ive had this clock in one more month. Still working fine and the suction is still A+. Still has not fallen once. Like I said, worth the $35!!Update 3: 1/14/2022 - This clock is still working great. Still happy with this purchase. Its not often that things hold up these days, so the best $35 I ever spent.
