Received the Holder great design but broke on first use the plastic by the bolt hole holding the holder to the clamp cracked and the crack ran all the way up the plastic material on one side. contacted Amazon only to be informed that this item being sold via a 3 party seller I wasn't able to sent it back via normal shipping and that I would have to pay additional shipping cost myself. Amazon is a let down when it comes to customers dealing with 3 party sellers in that instead of standing behind the customer they make the customer go though a lot of running around dealing with sellers and their policies of making the customer paying additional shipping cost to return a damaged item. Amazon should update their policy stating the customer shouldn't have to pay to return an item either the seller provides a return label like Amazon does or Amazon pays the return shipping seeing that most customers buys from Amazon though all types of sellers because supposedly Amazon has a good customer service but when dealing with 3 party sellers Amazon falls short in providing good customer support and service

Was able to use the standard fittings on the TREK bike frame. The bottle is heavy when full and the grip is firm but I still decided to place a mini bungee cord to secure the bottle from those bumpy rides which may cause the bottle to jump out of the securing collar. The adjustment know works fine but could be a bit bigger for my large hands and is a minor issue.

I got it to put on my Ryker 900. It’s perfect for any size bottle. Keeps it snug even going on the highway. I’ve even had a glass Starbucks bottle in it. I put it together myself so very easy to put together and install. And with the coupon it was a great price!!

This is a great improvement over the myriad of bent-rod, single-size bottle holders for bikes. One can put in a large range of bottles and rest assured that they will be held in place securely by this holder. The mounting mechanism for the bike up-tube is strong and tight, too. As others have noted, however, the need for a specialty wrench to tighten the mounting bracket is a very odd design choice...be sure to hang onto your wrench in your bike supplies storage box (or bike-mounted tool bag)!!! Good value for an adjustable drink holder. I bought 3 of these for my family's set of bikes....would do so again.
