When I say highly portable, I mean it. I put this in a computer bag to take with me for a weekend trip to test and review. The trip got cancelled and when I pulled the computer out, I missed the fact that the pad was still in the bag before putting it away. I only "found" it again this weekend and have been testing it.I've never been a fan of track pads on laptops. Too small, and too easy to accidentally brush and send your cursor sliding across the screen. The larger size of this one and the ability to move it where I need it is a great improvement. I like the fact that I can leave it on the desk, or hold it in one hand and mouse around while leaning back in the office chair. when I'm doing that, I want a longer cable, but it's easy enough to get a long micro usb to replace it.Learning all of the gesture controls (two finger slide, pinch, and others) is a process that just takes practice.Because it's so light, I've actually considered using velcro to mount it to a fingerless glove for travel situations when I have limited desk space.

This is a very nice trackpad that has great response and accuracy. The multi-gesturing works really well also. I wanted to set up a trackpad to use when my mouse hand was being bothered or started hurting and this provided the solution. I haven’t experienced any latency while using the touchpad which is to be expected since it plugs in via USB and isn’t wireless. The trackpad is really easy to use, the size is nice and doesn’t take up too much desk space. For the cost, this is a great accessory to add to any computer. Great product!

This is a relatively well executed "tap to click" touch pad. At least if you are going to make a touchpad that registers a tap as a click instead of having a real click, this one is not so spazzy as to incessently "click" when you move your finger to reset for scrolling the mouse (although it still happens to me occasionally). I personally loathe the whole tap to click thing, specifically because I end up registering "clicks" when I am just trying to move the cursor and resetting my finger because I reached the edge of the touch pad. This one is much better than most about rejecting those finger resets. So if you like a tap to click touch pad, this is a pretty good one. Just be aware that there is no "click".

I've always been a mouse only type of person, meaning if a laptop had a touchpad, I'd ignore it and immediately install a mouse. But this touchpad almost flipped me over to the dark side. Almost. The two main reasons I'll be sticking to my mouse preference: back button and scrolling on large screens. The former is obviously missing from a touchpad while the latter option is much improved on this larger than usual touchpad but still doesn't feel as comfortable as using a mouse wheel. However, here's the attractive qualities that almost flipped me: super easy install with no drivers needed, a smooth hard surface that feels good to slide one's fingers over, excellent sensitivity to touch as well as using multiple fingers, a few really cool actions when using 3 fingers that I wish my mouse my could do, a hard surface that will not be affected by oily residue or spilled drinks. Frankly, as I'm typing this review and using this touchpad, I think I'll keep using it for a few more days and maybe, just maybe I still might flip. Overall, great product that feels like it should last a long time.

This trackpad falls significantly short of expectations, earning the title of the worst trackpad I've ever encountered, even surpassing the dismal performance of Dell and Lenovo counterparts. It's a far cry from the seamless experience provided by the MacBook Pro's trackpad, setting a new low standard in trackpad functionality.To begin with, the choice of a micro USB connector in 2024 is baffling. In an era dominated by USB-C, relying on a delicate micro USB connector raises serious concerns about longevity, especially for a device intended for daily handling and manipulation.Adding insult to injury, this trackpad lacks a tactile click, relying solely on taps for input. While even the MacBook Pro's trackpad utilizes a simulated click, the absence of any physical feedback here makes usability a frustrating experience.While the build quality and accuracy are passable, they fail to redeem the overall dismal performance. There's nothing remarkable or praiseworthy about its construction or functionality.Moreover, its advertised compatibility as PC-only is a missed opportunity. With basic functionality, it could have been adapted for use with Macs, even as a generic pointing device. However, its tap-only design likely contributes to its inability to register on Mac systems, limiting its usability in mixed office environments or KVM setups that integrate both Macs and PCs.In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing this trackpad. Its numerous shortcomings, from outdated connectivity to lackluster usability and compatibility issues, make it an unsuitable choice for any purpose.

I’m a Mac user at home, been so for over 10 years. I started a new job last fall and we use windows computer which means I’ve had to use a mouse. When I saw this I squealed thinking it could turn my work computer use into a more normal feel for me, replacing my mouse with a trackpad. It works. Decently. But it is nothing compared to using a Magic Trackpad on a Mac. It has potential but for the price they are charging I was really let down. Even with adjusting the sensitivity in my computer settings, sometimes it has a mind of its own. The click and drag takes extra clicks. It’s a great idea, hopefully they can improve it with future versions
