While this was a drop in replacement that feels very close to the original and fits the shell well. The mounting tabs got a tad bent up in shipping despite the bubble wrap and box. Amazon should have sent it in a box instead of the bubble mailer. I got them close to where they should be. Works well for a kids laptop.
