This is the cats meow tool for pushing the old support rod thru the rubber hanger. Works awesome. Gone are the days of jamming a weed puller or whatever else I could find to try and get that rod pushed thru. I thank you for saving much frustration. If you're on the edge of deciding, go for it. Well worth it.

It’s alright, welds are really weak on the handles. So keep that in mind.
