Once I put the bike together, it was great. The assembly wasn't as easy as the description claimed. It was quite time consuming with unclear directions at best.

This is a great bike if you don't have a lot of space. I leave this in my bedroom, hop on in the morning for 2 minutes while brushing my teeth, hop off, then hop on again when I want to send texts or check emails, getting 20 minutes of a leisure "work out" in the morning. Later, since its in plain view, and I didn't get my heart rate up much during my leisure workout, I am motivated to hop on, turn on the TV and get a proper workout. If I want a change in scenery, I can fold and drag the bike to the living room. I have no more excuse not to workout at least 20 minutes a day, but I know I will do more than that at least 3 times a week. The frame is all metal. Assembly took me 30 minutes. If you can assemble a table or bookshelf from Target or IKEA, then this will be a breeze. I appreciate that the hardware was loosely attached where you will end up screwing them, and that it included all the tools needed. It took me a little longer to assemble because one of the holes in the front piece below the handlebar was slightly misaligned with the hole in the part it was meant to attached to. I removed the other 3 screws holding that piece and worked a bit at screwing in the misaligned one first. Problem solved. This bicycle is great for me since I have a small space, and I know I will hop on throughout the day. If I want to move it out of the way, it is easy to fold and relocate. If you have a dedicated space and funds for one of those bikes you use for indoor cycling class, want to ride like you do in those classes, and you know you will use it, I would not recommend this bike for you. If you do not have the luxury of space, then seriously consider this bike! For those who love your indoor cycling class, I will compare this folding bike to the average indoor cycling bike from one of those classes.1-Although this bike is sturdy and well made, the location of the pedals make it awkward to stand and pedal.2-Although the resistance knob is labeled 1-10, there are only 8 settings. You are able to actually move the knob only from 3-10. I personally keep it somewhere between 5-6 (mild-moderate) or 7-8 (moderate intensity). Level 10 is moderate-high intensity, but you can still rotate the pedals. If I was in an indoor cycling class, level 10 would be the absolute lowest resistance I’d pedal while standing if that provides reference.3-Changing the settings or resistance is not at all hard, but it is not a quick twist of the knob like you find on those indoor cycling bikes. It clicks like trying to open a child-proof medicine bottle without applying pressure, so I find it annoying to change the resistance and just keep it at one level during my workout.4-Smooth ride, pretty close to your average indoor cycle. Much smoother ride those stationary bikes they usually have by the treadmills and ellipticals at the gym.5-The seat is larger and much more comfortable than your average indoor cycle seat.6-You can adjust the seat height easily. That is the only adjustment. You cannot adjust the seat forward, back, or tilt. The handle bar height is not adjustable either. I am 5'4 with an average torso length. It is comfortable for me to ride upright with my hands on the closest portion of the handlebars or lean a little forward then rest my forearms on the lower portion of the handlebars.7-This bike is light enough that you might fall, along with the bike, if you get on the bike like one would saddle a horse. I suggest getting one foot on either side of the bike, grab the handlebar, then put your feet in the pedal, or put your foot in the further pedal first so that your weight on the bike remains balanced.8-It is quiet enough to pedal while talking on the phone or watching TV at your normal volume setting. I think the average indoor cycle has a louder whooshing sound.9-The handlebar can measure your pulse, and you can read it on the monitor. The monitor is basic, but measures your speed, pulse, time elapsed, distance, and "calories burned." The monitor uses 2 AAA batteries which were included. There is a lip on the bottom of the monitor for you to place your tablet or phone.10-This is so much lighter to move around than the average indoor cycle. It is 30#, by my scale. It has plastic wheels that barely protrudes out of the front base piece. This is meant to let you roll the bike and move it around, but on my carpeted floor, the wheels are useless. Considering its not too heavy, it is fairly easy to drag to the next room, and I find this a huge plus. The point of this bike is for you to be able to get a decent workout in a small space, then easily fold and move it where you like. So far this bike has met all my expectations, small, fairly portable, solid, well made, quiet, and a smooth comfortable ride. When I moved I got rid of more expensive stationary bike. My knees began to be stiff and biking always help. This bike was easy to put together and easy to ride. After 2 weeks I have noticed an increase in flexibility.I also like the ease in folding to place the bike in my closet on a daily basis.

Got this to surprise my husband, as he loves to go biking, but it's been so cold here this winter! So I put it together soon after it arrived, fairly easy to assemble- just follow the instructions it comes with. Make sure you tighten everything up, and adjust seat to the level most comfortable for you. It's built well for being more affordable for indoor cardio equipment. It is lighter and folds up easily. It's also quiet and allows him to be able to bike while watching TV shows. He seems very happy with it, and I'm glad it is getting a lot od use out of it already!

This foldable bike is very easy to assemble, and the comfortable seat and backrest make workouts enjoyable. The resistance provides a great range, and it’s impressively quiet. It’s sturdy, space-saving, and an excellent alternative to outdoor cycling in winter. Great price too! Highly recommend!

Told my wife we should get a exercise bike since she wants me to exercise more. She told me she ordered this one, I was initially skeptical given the low price. The bike arrived quickly. Just taking pieces out of the box it felt hefty. Assembly was an absolute breeze because all the hardware were already in place, so just unscrew connect pieces and screw back in, no need for looking gor correct screws and nuts. Once assembled the bike is very sturdy yet also very compact (and can fold away). Very smooth and quiet pedaling and tension adjustment is super easy with a simple turn of a knob right in front. Even my 7 year old hopped on and tried it out, although she had to do it standing since she couldn't reach the pedals sitting. Also the seat height can be easily adjusted. Overall I really like this bike and look forward to getting in shape.

Giving it a 3.5 really. For the price it's good and for a short period I considered it the best purchase I made all year. Easy to set up, simple but solid functionality, quiet, and easy to use in my small apartment. However once the odometer hit 100 something clacks every time the internal mechanism rotates which is loud and annoying.

Excellent value, I find this magnetic bike very sturdy and an excellent cardiovascular workout. I use the included odometer; I went 10 miles today! I like that the intensity of the workout is analog; one does not need to depend on electricity in order to change the tension of the magnetic. This means this device will last a very long time. I found the instructions easy to follow. Everything is clearly marked, and in the one case where I had a question customer service was very easy to contact. One cannot discount the excellence of customer service responding within the same day! I have tried to show the ease of functionality using a portable cellular device or tablet on the stand, which is a sturdy as the cycle. There are wheels on one end of the base which only operate when the bike is folded up; very easy to move around. I've included photos to show the pull pin which only has an effect in locking the bike into a folded position; otherwise, the bike stands on its own. I worked up a great sweat, I find the size excellent for space-saving, functionality is basically "Plug and Play", if you will, and I found the seat to be most comfortable. I highly recommend this piece of exercise equipment, it's comparable to what I've used in a gym, and I give it my GET THIS ONE recommendation. With distinction!
