In receiving the item, there appeared to be white paper inside of the clear plastic finial that had me perplexed. I tried to see if the finial could be separated but it is of one piece. I was not happy with it and returned. Its nice material and may have looked ok from afar but since I knew it was there, I wasn't willing to put it up. returned with no issues.

I didn’t receive the brackets that are supposed to come with this. Is there a way to have this sent to me?
