One of the items received was very stiff and did not want to open easily. I tried to do a return but it is non returnable.

There's a gap between the blades, meaning only the tip cuts. Try to cut a hair halfway down the blades and it moves into the gap...

Estas tijeras no son de la mejor calidad, así que el precio se me hizo demasiado alto

I take issue with Excelta's description of the scissors' width. First of all, "width" is a vague term for something that's not a rectangular prism. I assume they mean the distance between the blade tips when opened. Secondly, I doubt the implied precision of this figure. By common rules of significant figures taught in every introductory college physics course, the precision is supposedly to the tens of atto-meters, which is a subatomic length scale. The scissors are advertised as "Micro" and "Ideal for delicate cutting applications", so I considered them for my task of cutting parallel metallic nanowires with 1 micron spacing in a 0.5x0.5 inch array. I'd like to know how many wires I'm cutting. I think I'll buy from a different supplier with more trustworthy specs. I'm giving these scissors 2 stars because they do cut, and the self-opening feature is pretty nifty.
