I use this on nose bridge pad every face mask I wear daily and it helps to prevents marks on my face from masks. I can breathe easily and highly recommend it.

once you get them to stick, they do a good job of cushioning the nose piece on your mask and stop your glasses from fogging up as much. just be sure to apply them carefully and make sure they are stuck securely or you might end up with foam stuck to your nose

I use these on KN95 around the head band disposable mask. The mask had three issues these helped with:Safety glasses fogging - not 100% fog free but way better...maybe 75% better.Mask movement - 100% cured. Mask stays put, no creep up or down.Comfort - 100% improvement. These really help keep my nose happy!Yes, they are thinner than some other products. Look at the expensive, can't buy them N95 mask - the foam is thin - just like this is. Neatly packed in long strips. Easy to peel off one at a time. I also stuck one on a disposable pleated style mask with ear loops ( used for drive through food buying) and it made a huge improvement with it as well Big, thick foam creates leaks. If you have cloth mask with out nose wires, there are stick on aluminum that helps shape the mask to your face, don't rely on thick leaky foam. This foam is the real deal, just like the Three Em N95 that I have used in the past.
