i bought it for young child showing interest. while construction and finish is quite good. the tuners slip. it has real strings and after tightning tuners does tune, however it is not playable. perhaps it got damaged? however the description said it was playable. I suspect it is just a toy. but a very well made one, don't buy except as toy or display only. i am disappointed!

It showed up broke .. The tuning keys just spin and won't keep pressure on the string.It is very small Just a little bigger than your hand as you can see in picture.There is nothing beginner about this. It's just a little toy.

This is a plastic junky guitar. Not one piece of this pretend instrument is made of wood. Tuning keys had to be tightened to work. The nut will not hold the strings in place if you try to tighten enough to be strummed. There’s no chance of it being tuned. This is not a beginner guitar, it’s a toy.. and a poorly made one at that.
