Generally with scope protectors people complain that they break after taking one shot. However this protector is even worse! The bit that holds the protector is made out of plastic, not metal. That means the screws that are holding the protector in place cannot be tightened enough to secure it properly. So it's really easy to bump the protector off and/or strip the screw holes trying to tighten it in properly. Avoid this protector, there are better ones out there.
