I got myself this shredder, and it’s been such a helpful kitchen gadget! The non-slip base keeps it steady while I twist, and the ergonomic handle makes shredding chicken or pulled pork effortless. I love the clear lid so I can see the progress as I go. It’s much safer and easier to use than bear claws, and it shreds meat in no time. Definitely a must-have for anyone who loves making shredded meats for tacos, sandwiches, or salads!

I have tried this 3x so far. Twice I put chicken in a crockpot, slow cooked it, then shredded it with this device. It is perfect for shredding in chunks or finely shredded to make quesdillas, tacos, or chicken salad. The third time I grilled chicken. It was just as easy to shred. This is perfect and will be in my daughter's apartment moving forward for college.

I figured it out and it’s really handy! I’ve found myself more willing to cook chicken because I don’t have to cut up all the pieces. I just toss them in this and spin. I do think there should be some instructions of some kind. It came in pieces and I wasn’t sure what I was doing at first. I washed it by hand with my sprayer. Easy peasy (?).

We make alot of chicken in this house, and are always trying new recipes. We often make alot of chicken at a time, shred it and then use it to make whatever recipe we are wanting to make. This helps alot. I can, bake, boil, roast, and even crock pot cook the chicken, drop it in the shredder twist it a few times and be done. It has a no slip base which makes it easy when twisting. I can get anything from chunks to small shreds when I use it. When I'm done I can toss it in the dishwasher, or hand wash it quickly with the brush that comes with it. It also comes with tongs. Using this sure beats shredding meat with two forks or claws. Plus, the kids can so it while I'm working on something else. We have also used it for shredding pork and chuck roasts.

I opened the box and was surprised that there were no documents at all. No warnings, no instructions, and no directions. Yes, it's a simple product, but something to at least say if it can go in the dishwasher would be good.Next, I noticed that there were bits of plastic hanging off of it. Like bits left over from the mould at the factory that hadn't been trimmed. Overall, the Quality Control seems to be very lacking. It was also filthy coming out of the package. Dust, plastic shavings, and cardboard bits were all over it.After a good wash, I used it on some baked chicken, and it worked decently well. But there were several large chunks at the bottom that had to be manually repositioned because the spikes don't reach all the way down.
