The water globes are nice, great size. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use them as I planned but did find another use for them. They were too heavy for my original plan and toppled the planters. I used all six of them in a really large planter I have, and often forget to water. Perfect!

I put it in my peace lily and fill it up about once a week. I put it straight up/down and the water gets absorbed in just the right amount.

It takes a little time to fill up but I think that this will be great for my plants when I'm out of town.

These are very pretty globes with a large water capacity. Nice to use if you’ll be out of town, etc. Just don’t rely on them as your primary watering plan. As you can mine are kind of just stuffed away. Happy planting!

I bought a set of the large blue globes and they worked well for us and they look nice. Through 2 moves (coast to coast), we’ve only located 1 of the 4 globes. Would I buy again? Yes. I’m ordering more now. We’re about to go on vacation and these will help ensure our potted plants (outdoor and indoor) don’t suffer too much in this warm weather.

I a great value for the money. They are easy to use and fill. I love the size and colors of each globes. However, I wish the came with the globe insert water release tips. They are very durable and water resistant. So far the performance of the water release is good.

I do like these and feel they are well made. I'm not certain if it's my soil or the narrowness of the long stem, but water does not exit as quickly as expected (or at all). Since this could be my soil, my 4 stars is also due to how narrow a couple of the stems are. It's difficult to get water into so you must be patient and work slowly or it'll push back out before reaching the bulb part. Still very cool and I will keep using them to see if they work in different locations in my garden.*Update to 3*Water never left the bulb. Likely my soil (maybe) but I pulled these out several months later (with water in them still) and it had soil inside of tube that I had to scrape out. Maybe these work better in potted indoor plants.

I love these! There are only a few plants I need to self water and they work great for those plants.1. These are NOT hard to fill up (like some of the other reviews say). Just use a smaller stream of water from your faucet so it goes right into the hole and they fill up in a few seconds.2. Lightweight and small. They are barely noticeable in the pot, and not weighty enough to tip it.3. They do not empty fast (like some of the other reviews say). I think this probably depends on the dryness of your soil, and if you put it straight down or on a slant. If it empty’s fast, readjust and see if that works, otherwise it might be the mechanics of your particular globe and you may need to return them so you don’t drown your plants... mine do not drain fast.
