  • Ours upgraded features includes: Premium Aluminum Alloy Material/ Thickened Anti-skid Pedal/ Safety Anti-skid Foot Pad/ Unique Triangular Support/ Safety J hook. These features are making EvaStar telescoping ladder safer and more reliable.

  • The black plastic pin at the bottom of the ladder legs must be removed before installing the stabilizer bar. Many customers may not notice this pin. Simply pry out the pin using any tools and then you can attach the stabilizer bar as usual.

  • The topmost step is secured by a pin, which is also used for the hooks. During installation, the pin may shift, causing the step to detach temporarily. Always check the pin after installation to ensure the step is securely reattached.

  • The ladder should be placed on a flat, non-smooth, horizontal, non-movable base, and the tilt angle should not exceed 75°.

  • To ensure your security, we do not recommend this ladder to be used in bad weathers like strong wind.

I’ve been using this ladder for a couple of weeks now, and I’m really impressed with its performance. I really was excited about getting my new ladder. Alas, it was damaged, and possibly unusable now.Its a big heavy item, so not sure I can even manage a return.Not sure what to do...update, seller rectified the situation.the ladder is quite uniqueit shines at high offsets, 45/90 degree setups, getting up and over structures.it pretty much needs to be all the way out to be safe in standard step ladder setup.its a finger pincher, but learn it, check all is locked, all is well. 200 lb max
