For the S-10 Pickup with L-4 Engine, you have to take off the front right tire and get the rubber flap tied up out of your way to get at it (drilled a hole thru the rubber flap and tied it up). You also have to use a light as it is dark up in there. I sprayed Engine Bight twice and washed it out to make everything visible on that side of the engine getting all the oil and grease off. Unbolt it first (13 millimeter socket), then use a small screw driver to get the tiny tabs up to pull the hoses off each end; once you look at it to figure it out they come off easy. This is also why you need a light, to see the little tabs that are wrapped around the locking part of the unit to lift up slightly then pull the hoses off. When putting the new unit in, put a little oil on the ends so the hoses (o-rings inside) slide on easy and re-lock the tabs around the unit.
