I purchased this item and installed it. My check engine light was reset and stayed off for two day then returned. I parked my truck thinking it must be something wrong with the computer so I wait a month to put it in the shop, I don’t drive much as I’m retired. The shop comes back in a week and says that it’s the evap canister that it was not closing and opening properly and setting the check engine light. Now I have to purchase one from them for double the price. I can’t return this one for one that works because my 30 day return time has run out. I guess you take a gamble on parts from Amazon.

My mechanic put the part on and it was defective. So we had to buy another one from a different site and it fixed the problem!

Need wire adapter to connect, nothing to help you find it to order it.Should not be shown with solenoid, should be the description with part number to order it.
