Love this machine. Large tank keeps the ice supply consistent. The water doesn’t constantly sit in the bottom and the holding area is quite large. Perfect for my family of athletes and their constant need for ice water

Florida water sucks... This cube maker is great to have. Spring or bottled water makes to crystal clear cubes ...and quick.

I was so tired of purchasing ice from the store. It was difficult finding purified clear ice cubes at a reasonable price so I decided to search for a home ice machine. After watching other user reviews I decided to purchase this one. Wow! I'm so pleased with the unit. I should have purchased it months ago. It arrived sooner than expected and was so easy to unbox and set up. The instructions were simple and easy to read. I had it set up and making clean clear ice in no time.

So, the product works fine. It makes great ice! Except for the first round when starting the machine, the ice is virtually clear and definitely makes a difference in the appearance in cocktails or whiskey (etc). The ice thickness is settable. I found that a 3 or 4 suited my needs. I was able to run the "self clean" feature, make ice in different thicknesses and empty it when I was done. All in all, I would buy this again. For the money, it's a nice tool to have. The reason for the 4 stars is that I found the instructions hard to follow. It's almost like they tried to make these instructions difficult, because there are about a bazillion other ways that would have been more clear and about a quarter of those; more concise.Some detail notes:1. This is not freezer and will NOT indefinitely store the ice it makes. It makes ice. The frozen ice helps to maintain the cubes, but they will start to melt. The warmer the ambient outside machine temperature, the faster this will happen. Recommend to harvest the ice placing it your freezer as soon as the ice making cycle completes. The melting ice water is recycled through the machine to make more ice, but it makes ice faster than it melts - at least at 70 degrees F.2. It comes with a scoop for the ice, but not sure why that is necessary.3. It makes approximately 16, 1 inch cubes at a time. At level 4, I found these to be solid cubes. Level 3 had a slight indent on the top of the cube.4. The ice is solid, not crunchy at level 3 or 4. I didn't test it at a lower setting, but if you're looking for "crunchy" "bullet/pebble" ice, this isn't the machine for you. They sell those machines, but it is a different machine.

Works like a charm. Easy to us, plug and play. Noise level is a bit high, but perfect ice every time! Great ice production. Love it.

The Euhomy ice cube maker is great product for multiple or single households. We are water snobs because of where we live. I’m not sure I trust the water. My household consumes and cooks alkaline water from a dispenser in our house or we buy it. We wanted to control the ice cubes filtration and purity the machine worked right out of the box after sanitizing the inner area. The cubes aren’t very big. You can control the thickness and the Euhomy ice maker produces the ice pretty fast. It’s not loud and we can easily put the cubes in our smoothies. It’s a great bit and gift idea.

We love our new ice maker. We put it at the sink and made bag after bag one day for an up coming party there was no leaking so it didn'tneed to be by the sink. I'm sure it could have kept up for the gathering, but we wanted to see how well it worked ahead of time. So easy to use, and filling it was easier than any of our previous ice makers. The quality also surpassed the previous models. It holds a lot of water, but what made it nicer was we could easily see when we had to add more. The quality of ice is better than the quality of the photo.

I previously had a bullet type machine when it gave up i replaced with this one. It works well, but the ice is dropped in sheets of ice that have to be broken apart. It's quiet fast but don't like how the ice comes out like a big chocolate bar
