So far so good, after fumbling around with 2 other units from another manufacture of the same size and not working at all it is great to finally get a good working ice machine. This unit makes ice super fast and am very pleases thus far! Note you will need a pump if your drain is not below the back of the unit.

I found the installation super easy, and it makes ice really fast! I had tried another brand before, but I sent it back because it was a hassle to set up and kept giving me error messages. This one is just the right size for our office breakroom, and I absolutely love how quickly it produces ice. It’s always stocked up! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an ice machine, whether for the office or at home!

I am using bottle water and the bottle refuses to vent and the water goes into the machine causing the bottle to collapse. I have to lit up the bottle once a day to release the air pressure.

The ice maker was first delivered with hidden shipper damage and was returned easily for credit. Replacement was ordered and received in good condition. Easy to install and get going. Dumps 55 full sized cubes every 11 minutes until bin is sensed full. Stainless steel exterior has a polished finish so don't expect it to match modern satin finished SS appliances. Installed mine in a storage room so finish is not an issue. Great icemaker for the delivered sale price ($424), but when emptying a completely full holding bin I am lucky to fill just over two 10-pound size ice bags. For the price, I'm not concerned and am very happy with it's first 2 week performance.
