The low location of the drain line makes it impossible to tie it into my kitchen drain. As a result, a lot of water gets backed up in the ice storage compartment.Set up Instructions poor. This machine does not match the promotional descriptions on Amazon website.

This ice maker has been excellent from the moment of purchase. Very efficient and easy to setup! It has completely exceeded my expectations. The machine is incredibly efficient at producing ice quickly and consistently. The ice cubes are the perfect size and shape, making them ideal for both drinks and cooling food. It also runs very quietly and I can barely notice it's running. The user-friendly controls make it a breeze to operate. Overall, I wish I had found and purchased this ice maker sooner.
