The last one I had was a manual one, and this is much better. No more tired arm and hand! Be warned the instructions consist of a QR code which leads to the wrong video. So I had to search for the real one, but found a review video that explained well enough.

absolument ravie pour ne pas être trop encombrée par des restes de pelote. : cela prend beaucoup moins de place pour les stocker.Installation très facile et en plus, nous avons accès a une vidéo d'installation sur YouTube.fonctionne avec un fil usb.Je l'ai testé avec de l'acrylique, du fil mohair très fin et du fil mohair épais. L'appareil a fonctionné quasi toute l'après midi sans problème.J'avais un peu peur d'un achat inutile mais franchement nickel, je suis ravie.

These work as well as they look in the videos. Everything gets ready to go onto my Wool Jeanies (I have 2) and the things just flow. My only real task is to make sure I keep the length and weight measures stay with the yarn so I know how fare my leftovers will go. This is a very nice time saver with all sizes.

Quite impressed with this little bit of kit. I'm a few months into crocheting and realised I really needed one of these after purchasing the yarn for the project in the photo. I thought I could put up with the first Skein as I was half way through but as it kept twisting as it unravelled, my OCD couldn't cope! After testing on the black I realised just how great it turned out so figured I would then proceed with said project. Lacking in common sense with the excitement that my life potentially would become easier, my biggest mistake was putting it through the hole ( as you would normally as per instructions). Second fail was the cat interfering, hence the top of the cake not quite so neat. Had she refrained from trying to help, I may have kept my eye on the ball as it were. So, you may have figured that I've had to cut the yarn rather than unravel the whole darn thing and risk more help from the cat 😬 Noted for future reference. I mean who would do that anyway??? 🙄I initially thought perhaps the over £50 mark was a little high for this but I'm confident it will get plenty of use. I'm sure my niece will also make use of it.It was easy to set up, instructions were clear and really didn't take too long to produce a neat little cake. Now on with the project minus contribution from the cat!!

I struggle to wind my yarn into balls without my hands cramping up. I've tried another winder and I could never get the tension right on the yarn. This electric winder has a great attachment that provides the proper tension so I was able to wind an entire skein of yarn with ease and little issue. It works great!

I have used this probably 100 times now, slowly going through my stash and winding all of my yarn so it stacks better on my shelves. It works great, I’ve only had trouble winding really heavy yarn, but with a bit of hand feeding, it still got the job done. Very happy with this purchase.
