There is no way this reel holds 100 feet of 3/8 pressure washer hose. It barely holds 50 feet and when rolling up it gets tight on the last couple of turns.

This is a nice, feature rich hose reel that is good for use with a home pressure washer, but probably not appropriate for really long hose runs or commercial use. But it’s not advertised for that so it’s no knock on the product. It’s got a really nice, durable finish which I like in a product that’s inevitably going to be exposed to a lot of water so it should keep the rust away a long while, and it’s plenty durable enough to hold the 50’ hose that came with my Harbor Freight pressure washer. The long lead could be good or bad depending on your use, and I view it as just a neutral feature not really good or bad. It’s inevitable that they can’t cover every situation with a single lead so I prefer a longer lead I can cut versus a shorter one personally.Overall it’s a really a big improvement over wrestling the hose around and trying to coil it up and keep it together and I wish I had gotten one of these a lot sooner. I highlyrecommend this one.

The ESSENTIAL WASHER Pressure Washer Hose Reel offers decent storage for up to 100 ft of 3/8" hose, with a sturdy industrial steel frame and a durable steel drum. The easy-grip crank handle and spring tension brake make coiling and storing the hose relatively simple, especially if you're using a continuous hose. The quick removal pin lock and versatile mounting options add some flexibility to the setup, and the reel can withstand up to 4000 PSI, which is a plus.However, the design has some notable flaws. The 8 ft whip line included in the package is too long, requiring me to purchase a 3' whip and additional fittings to adapt the reel to my washer. My goal was to fit two 50' hose lengths on the reel, but this proved to be a significant hassle. The reel's design offers only about 1" of clearance between the base plate tube and the reel, making it challenging to fit connected hoses without them hitting the base tube. The connection doesn’t flex much on 4000 psi hoses and sticks out too far, which could have been avoided with better design considerations.Overall, this hose reel gets a 3-star rating from me. It’s just average, offering some convenience but falling short in key areas that could have made it a standout product.
