I'm giving this three stars and not fewer only because I am returning the item before really using it to see how well it works over time. This review is based solely on my perception of the quality of the materials and construction of this item after putting it together and filling the tank with water. Upon removing it from the box I saw that it is made almost entirely of plastic - I had imagined it would at least have a metal body. This makes the product very lightweight and difficult to use. When you try to attach and lock either portafilter onto the machine, the entire machine moves with you. I struggled to get it to go on at all in the unlocked position without carefully aligning it while turning my head upside down to closely examine the grooves - most other machines are much easier to just insert and rotate the portafilter. The top cover on the water tank did not align perfectly to the tank edge - this probably wouldn't impact the functioning of the machine but it looked sloppy and made me worry about the quality of the construction overall. And the tank seemed to leak a bit, even on first use. I do love the idea of being able to use Nespresso pods and loose ground coffee both, and the water-catch tray has an interesting float mechanism that would presumably float up and give you a visual cue with the tray is getting full of water so that you can empty it. But even though this is relatively cheap for a cappucino machine, I don't think it's worth the $120 I paid for it and so will be returning the item.

I thought milk frother is broken less then 6 weeks, but it was just clog the small holes at steamer.After cleaning, it’s working good.I love this machine.

I like the look of this machine, and love the frother, but I am a big old cup of coffee person. This pours shots. I understand that I have no clue what I am doing, but I was disappointed in the small amount that comes out. Seems to work well. Maybe a few shots of espresso will open my eyes enough to read next time lol

I love the versatility of this machine, pods, capsules or grinds. This far I’ve only seen see capsules, and it does the job. The only thing I would look to improve is it continues to drip when it shuts off, and there’s a little water that remains on top of the portafilter basket which will spill when you remove it. It’s not a big deal at all, I’d still purchase this again knowing this but it did annoy me a bit at first. For the money and quality of the shot, I’ll deal with it.
