Another nice organizer from Ernst. I had their wrench and plier organizers already so I picked this up to hold some deep well impact sockets. The 19 inch dual rail tray had enough space to hold both on my Pittsburgh 13 piece sets plus a few of the adapters as well. Fit nicely in the tool box and is sturdy enough not to tip over. The twist lock pegs are secure but easy enough to get the sockets on and off.

Easy to use. Sockets won't fall off or fall over. With a quarter-turn, the sockets lock on. They detachable tray gives it a wide base. Even though it's made of plastic, it feels very sturdy. The 19-inch that I bought fits perfectly in the top compartment of my 20-inch Craftsman 3-drawer 🧰 toolbox, with room for another right beside it. I will be buying more of these. They've got many different sizes, configurations, and accessories, even for attaching ratchets and extentions as well. They also have replacement clips if any ever break or wear out. This is a good system. Even for mobile mechanics, whose sockets usually wind up wandering all over or flopping back and forth on skinny rails. If you want better, more stable organization, you probably won't do better than these. And, they're made in the USA. I definitely recommend these.

Organize my sockets very well in the toolbox or on the go.I use sockets a lot on the farm. When I can I bring the work piece to the garage where the toolboxes and sockets are. But when I need to fix it at the barn or in the field, I need to take the sockets to it. THis is where this item shine, I can pop it from the rail in two seconds and put the rail in my tool bag. Sockets do not fall off of the rail, even the deep impacts. Then I return the rail to the toolbox, click it back on and my socket are back to nice and organized. I can aslo clip my extensions to this. Very customizable on the size of sockets I can put on since the spacing can be changed.

I put a bar of heavy 1 inch and above, 1/2-inch-drive, impact sockets and the rail held really well. So far, I am very pleased with the results; however, time will tell.

I was so very impressed with this socket rack, that I bought another one the next week; and I am considering buying even more than that. I have way more sockets than I need and this rack holds them in PERFECT ORDER. What a sturdy well designed product !! Very good deal for the money !! April 2024 - G.W.V.

These are the best solution I've found to keep sockets on a nice easy to grab rack and not have them fall off the second I grab the set. The locking mechanism does struggle with the larger 20+ mm impact sockets but overall they do great and look good doing it. Took a full drawer and made it look empty. Just need to get more sockets now.

Brilliant socket rail was a bit unsure at first when reading about them but I have a few sets of these organisers and as a mechanic they are so handy having twist locks and can take one full rail off and take with me they are brilliant!!

These rails are great and sturdy and better than the various versions on of the chinese imports. However the product still have some flaws. For one it is hard to unlock the smaller 1/4 sockets when you have greasy hands. For this reason I don't lock any of my 1/4. Also the plastic clips are a REALLY tight fit. So tight you need two hands to push the clips up and down the rail. I had to change all clips on one particular rail to the same size, and my hands was numb from pulling some of the tight clips off.Overall a good product I can recommend.
