While I love the washer and dryer, the spin cycle causes the entire 5th wheel (2021 Grand Design Solitude 390RK) shake. We have installed shock-absorbing pads under the stack, we have balanced them in their area, and with each spin cycle we are rocked.We make small loads of wash to help reduce the rocking action, however a pair of men's jeans and a couple of t-shirts will cause our home to shake.We installed additional stabilizers under our 5th wheel.This would be perfect otherwise.

To not have to go to the laundry mat. Capacity isn't great, but it's just me in the RV so it's just fine. Installing in the RV without any room to maneuver around it was a bear, but I got it figured out. Dryer takes a little longer, but again way better than going out to do it.

Unfortunately the washer did come with a faulty motorbut the way customer service has handled everything and how they have taken care of the issue I still feel like they deserve a 5 star the day after I received it the problem started and they have been contacting me making sure everything is getting worked out with a technician on the way to make sure I have no issues. A problem can happen anytime but the way the customer service has been helping me out has been extremely helpful and I definitely appreciate it and would recommend this company highly to anyone. The technician was on time friendly fixed it in 30 minutes and it's working flawless now. The customer service for this company is way above normal and highly recommend. The washer drying is very quiet and washes extremely well. It is smaller than a normal washer dryer but even though the dryer only runs on 110 it still dries fast probably because of the smaller loads but this is more than adequate for me and my twin 6 year old girls. Highly recommend.

Bought this combo in June of this year(2022). Worked fine for a little over a month. Washer was really shaky, no mater what we did to try and stabilize it. But in August water started shooting out of the detergent drawer. Then the motor started sounding like someone threw a wrench in it. Then it stopped all together. Had a E5 and E4 and I think, E6 error pop up. I called the seller and talked to the technician and he said, oh ok, I’m going to send you some parts and get a technician sent to you. Waited on the parts, finally came. It was a very large heavy box, which included, a new motor…with instructions on how to replace it. I kept calling trying to get them to send a technician out, but their excuse was, we can’t find anyone to come out to you right now. 3 weeks go by. I have kept following up. They would text me and said they have found a technician and they have been notified and will be out to service the washer soon. Well days would go by and I called the people they were to send to me and all the people(3) total, said they were either mot notified of this work order and/ or do not do warranty repair. One didn’t even service people in my state. I found a technician myself, it was pretty easy. But when I sent the seller the estimate amount, they said it was 100$ over what they would pay.I still have not received a technician. I called Amazon and they are looking into it. But it is fraudulent. And they should be ashamed. Do not buy. Even if you play the game of, well maybe my experience will be different. Don’t gamble. Not worth it.

They work great, but in the beginning the dryer was making a horrible sound. Initially, customer service had me send a video, pictures, & serial & model numbers. I was told they would send a technician out. I told them we were moving. I didn’t hear from anyone for almost 4 weeks. I then get a text that they’ve shipped a new dryer. To my old address. Meanwhile, the dryer had quit making the noise, which I had let them know 3 weeks prior. Ridiculous. Now the washer’s motor is not working & constantly throws an error code. I haven’t even had these a year!I needed to update to 5 stars thanks to the outstanding customer received for the issue with the washer. The technician they found was rude & they allowed me to appoint one I chose. There ended up being another part that needed replaced besides the ones they had sent & they overnighted it right away. Customer service really does make a difference.

My husband loves the machine. We have ran it for 3 days straight, and have no problems. It sits in the kitchen to wash n dry, than conveniently goes in the bathrm. It does not take up a lot of space. We was gonna return it cause of the reviews. Seeing it is believing it.

I installed this set in my Redwood 5th Wheel RV. I purchased the stacking kit and the floor mount braces (also from Amazon). They fit in the washer/Dryer area of the closet perfect. I purchased a dryer vent from Lowes and installed everything in approximately 1 hour. I did add extra L-brackets to the top of the dryer due to traveling.The washer originally did not work. I call the manufacturer and they shipped parts within 3 days and I made a appointment with a onsite repairman that they gave me the contact info for. Within 1 week everything was fixed.The washer will accommodate 3 days of work clothes.

It can be used with a self venting dryer kit if your RV isn’t vented for this.I gave it 4 stars because the timed drying option is for air fluff only. Otherwise am very happy with it.Works best if you keep the loads small
