Puchased to complete the top of my in-home bar. Was a little messy but worth it. The colors are amazing when mixed correctly. Be sure to lay drop cloth because it may drip over the sides. Mixing the sparkle and foil gave it a perfect look. I received so many compliments. The thickness depends on how much you pour on. I was able to cover the top of my 5x6 L shaped bar.

I’ve been doing this a while and have had a hard time finding reasonable priced epoxy that turns out good. This mixes perfect goes clear when it’s ready to pour and takes about 24 to 36 hours to dry completely, which is fine as you can see the stuff comes out crystal clear and also works good with colors

There is a lot of stuff in this kit and it is a great starter kit. Emphasis on starter kit. The resin is pretty decent. I felt that it irritated my eyes a bit more than other brands of resin. I also felt that the shimmer powder and the resin dyes are not great quality. The powder is difficult to mix in and the dye seem to take more that other brands I have used. I noticed that there is a weird odor to the dye as well. But all that being said, if you are just starting out in this craft, there are a lot of goodies to experiment with. I should also mention that I use a pressure pot for all my pours so I can not speak to the bubble rate of the resin.

As of this date, we have purchased 22 of these 2 gallon packages. We have poured 7 out of 22 tables and plan to do a floor pour next. This resin is extremely clear, glossy, hard, and easy to use. We can mix, seperate, tint mix, and pour 3 to 4 30"x42" restaurant size tables in just over an hour. The key is proper mixing. We bulk mix 2 gallons in a 5 gallon bucket, then pour into quart and pint cups to add tint. Mix to tint and then we pour. Very few bubbles, but they release with a heat gun, and the end results are amazing. The only issue that you may find is that most 2 gallon packages are not actually 2 gallons, but more like 1.75ish gallons. We typically get 7 quarts and a partial or sometimes only 7 quarts total.

This resin is the worst resin I have ever bought. The resin does not completly harden not even after 24 hours of sitting. I can bend the resin which is a negative for me. It leaves my projects bendable and unable to sell it’s a waste of time do not buy
