2 out of the 3 cartridges were cracked. It seems this new round design is made of thinner weaker plastic and hence easier to get damaged

I purchased these filters as a reorder to their use in my Epic Water filtration system. I love the results! The filtered wateris excellent. Clean, crisp and refreshing. The filters will last about 3 months. I am so grateful to have gotten away frombottled water. I would recommend this product to anyone!!

I’ve been using Epic Nano filters for more than 6 months now and am very impressed with the quality. I drink quite a bit of water and these seem to last about 2 months in our house. I’m picky with taste and love the taste this provides after filtering our local tap water. Pleased to know it filters so much.

The life of the product is supposedly 3 months. With one month left, mine stopped filtering normally. It takes about 12 hours to filter the water in the top part. No response from customer service.Updated: The company did get back to me and is sending a replacement.

Whilst this is not the cheapest water filter out there, I do think it is far superior to others that I have tried. The quality of the water is excellent and the taste second to none. I would highly recommend. There was a previous issue regarding the length of time it took for the water to be filtered, though this seems to now be rectified and it is a lot quicker.

I am so happy with my epic water filters! I live in a city with bad water, and I finally can drink the city water when it is filtered through an Epic Water filter. I love the fact that it lasts a lot longer than many other filters, and I love the fact that it filters out fluoride, chlorine, and other chemicals that make their way into the local water supply. My water now tastes pure and clean, and I am thrilled. My family drinks a lot of water, and buying bottled water is not economical. I will continue to buy Epic Water filters, and I have already told family and friends about this water pitcher system. It is the best on the market, and it won't break the bank. Thank you for creating this product! I will be buying filters for years to come.
