Great buckets! I got these for making chicken feeders since the square buckets are easier to drill holes in and mount the spouts. They came with lids that fit well. Good price.

Bucket may be sturdy, but please be more clear in advertising. People order 1 bucket to NOT pay the price of 2. Then to have shipping jack it up to the price of 2, and having my arrival date changed after the initial stated arrival time.

The bucket is very well made, strong and sturdy. I use it to store white rice we buy in 25lb bags. The cube profile shape and height allows for better organization in the pantry. The lid is a very tight fit in the one I received. I was hoping for a bit of a loose fit for easy access, but can't complain because that's how it was supposed to be made for being food grade fit and seal.

these are sturdy and I'd love to keep them, but the lids just won't snap on without using a hammer. Then, once on, you can't get them off without physical injury. Don't buy these.

These buckets are very strong, sturdy and high quality. I use them in my chicken coop and chicken run as waterers. The square shape is far more convenient and space-saving than round buckets. They were easy to drill holes & sand down for the water cups. While I did not dock a star for it, I hate the lids. If you will need to remove the lid a lot, then these buckets might frustrate you. After securing the lid on the first bucket, I simply could not get it off. I had to use a hammer claw to pry the lid off to avoid cutting my hand. A possible solution is to fashion some twine underneath all four corners of the lid and use them to pull the lids up. I decided that I'd rather not struggle every time I need to refill the hens' water. I simply used some extra 12x12 concrete step-stones, that I had lying around, to hold the lids on ($2 each at any hardware store). The step stones are too heavy for the hens to remove, so I put the lid on the bucket without snapping it shut, then I place the step stone on top. The step stones also allow the chickens to explore on top of the bucket without me having to clean poop off the lid every other day. A win-win situation for me. I'll be buying 3-6 more.
