Brackets is flimsy and will not tighten to keep the radar detector straight constantly adjusting . You win some you loose some this was a loss.

I don't typically use suction cup set ups to hold my $600 detector, but recently had to set my detector up in a car I was borrowing while mines is getting shop time. This budget friendly big cup set up fit the need perfectly. The only issue I have is the finger screw loosening which allows the detector to eventually point its back side to the sky and OLED to the floor!

The suction cup seems good and is a bit larger than the stock one, but the way it comes by default the radar detector angles down by itself because you cannot tighten the center part enough. There is a small plastic washer that is between the twisty nut part and the body, I moved this to the inside hinge part that kept moving to provide extra grip, then I was able to prevent it from lowering itself while driving

Unit would not support weight of the radar detector that's it is advertised to be used with. Poor quality. Buy the OEM instead.

Does not hold the Passport S55 radar detector. It will not lock in place. I stuffed cardboard in the slot to hold it.

This sticks excellent to my windshield, easy to un-hook and move cars, not all gross and sticky
