The original number is 0-0-0. To set your personal combination, follow these steps:
Need to snap the zipper into the lock hole.
1.Put the dials at original number 0-0-0.
2.Press down the reset button (a)with a tool until hear the "Click" sound.
3.Set your combination by turning the dials(b),for example 8-8-8.
4.Push the button(c) towards to the direction of arrow and the reset button(a) will be back when you hear the "Click" sound.
Now you have finished to set your personal combination.Please remember your personal combination by heart. You can repeat the above steps if you want to reset your password

The product was roomy, and I was satisfied with all of that. The product was not exactly as shown on the outside but still the inside was identical. The COMBINATION LOCK was missing a part, but the company that makes this product was an absolute joy to deal with. I gave it a five just because of that. They expressed their concern and offered a refund which I received in two days! I would deal with this company again. I realize that it isn’t really necessary to lock the case because it’s small enough to be Picked up and carried away if someone really wanted it that badly.

It’s a great way to keep some peace of mind. Very roomy and hope we never have to experience fire to know how sturdy and strong it is. Love that it locks and all in one place.

I’m honestly pretty impressed with this file organizer. I’ve been looking for something to keep all my important documents safe, and this bag does the job really well. First off, the water-resistant feature is a huge relief.The bag itself has tons of space. Like, seriously. It has 13 pockets, plus a bunch of smaller compartments for passports, cards, USB drives, and even a spot for a laptop! The space is pretty amazing, and I love how everything has its own place with the included labels. The combination lock is also a nice touch. It adds an extra layer of security, and I feel a lot better knowing everything’s locked up safely inside.The only downside, and the reason I’m not giving this 5 stars, is that I wish the space was even bigger. While it’s large enough for most things, if you have a lot of paperwork or bulky items, it can get a little cramped. It would’ve been perfect if the pockets were a bit more spacious or if there were even more pockets to organize everything.That said, it’s a solid product and definitely does what it promises. It’s easy to carry with the handle and strap, and it fits nicely in the car, office, or even in a suitcase for travel. Definitely a great buy for anyone who needs a good folder to keep all important documents safe and organized.

Got this to store our wills and business paperwork. There are tons of pockets and ways to store important items. Very sturdy. Not sure about fire resistance... Hope we never have to find out... But it's a great way to store important paperwork in a portable way we can grab and run in a hurry if we need to. Very pleased with this purchase

Bought this to store documents for safekeeping and against fire - plenty of room for multiple documents and even some precious mementos even jewelry- planning to get one for each of my children so that I canplace their documents etc inside and then pass it on to them with everything important all in one place - a great ideaThe texture of the case has a funny feel to it but it's to be expected - the zipper and lock is a plus.
