I bought this to mill plastic. It is very sharp and makes a very smooth cut. I admit I'm afraid to try it on steel because of the low price.

This end mill was obviously used before it made its way to me. All four flute cutting edges showed obvious wear before I ever put it in my mill.

Used one of the two I purchased today. The end mill did just what end mills do. Cutter was sharp and fi ish was good.
