What do you give a tea/coffee addict? This is what you give them. This is a crazy device. Had never seen anything like this before. I must say, it was a great gift item. It wasn't obvious how to use it but we got the hang of it real quick.I must say it is a pretty experience watching your tea steep and seeing the water change color. We have tried loose leaf and even broken open sealed tea bags. One thing is that it would nice if this was a bit bigger. It makes a good small cup of tea which is good but I find I have to double down and add more water. Each time the pour was a perfect taste and I was satisfied. I'm one of those who like big cups of tea and coffee. This is my first device like this and I'm already looking at other similar devices because this is just so cool to have at home. I will be getting one for myself at work and for my G/F.I will say.. this is a very pretty bougie device to show off our love of hot tea and coffee.

The quality of this teapot is nice and the aesthetics are beautiful. However, I took one star off because the pot only makes around 6 ounces of tea at a time. For the time it takes to steep more tea (typically 5 minutes for black tea), the tea at the bottom end up getting cold while you wait to steep. If you just want a single cup of tea, this pot is excellent. I love the magnetic design, which puts an end to skimming tea leaves from your cup and trying to fish them out of the bends of the pot afterward. To bypass the single cup issue, one could pour out the freshly brewed tea and steep more while drinking your first cup.

I’ll be the first to admit. I know about as much about tea as I do about medieval potion brewing. Ask me about space shuttle O-rings or why they put rubber in solid-rocket propellant? I’m your guy. But tea? That’s my wife’s domain. So, when I saw this teapot claiming to use magic to brew tea, I was hooked. Turns out, it’s not exactly magic - it’s magnetism. But let’s be honest, that’s close enough, and I’m happy to play along. The “Enchanting” ProcessThe real trick here is in the separation mechanism. You let the tea steep in a glass chamber, then, with the flick of a magnet (or your mystical powers, if you prefer), it strains cleanly into the lower chamber, leaving the leaves behind. The result? A perfectly brewed cup of tea, no mess, no over-steeping, just like any proper tea alchemist would want.Build & DesignMaterial: Made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass, which means it won’t crack under heat stress—always a plus when dealing with boiling water.Capacity: A solid 800ML (27 oz), good for multiple cups in one go.Anti-Scald Handles: Because nobody wants to play “hot potato” with a teapot.Packaging: Comes well-protected, making it gift-worthy right out of the box.The Household VerdictPat, my wife (the real tea expert), was delighted. She now has a cool new contraption to show our daughter-in-law when they have their tea parties - an event I endure with mild grumbling while clutching my coffee. But honestly? It’s touching to see them share this, and I’m happy to be the guy who supplied the magic.Bonus: It’s Fun and EducationalAside from making great tea, this teapot is a fantastic way to demonstrate magnetism to kids (or curious adults like me). Flip the magnet, and - like wizardry -the tea separates. Science and tea, working together? Now that is a combo I can get behind.Enchanti Tea Pot – SummaryRating: ★★★★★ (5/5)A well-executed, fun, and functional tea pot that uses magnetism (not actual magic) to steep and strain tea in a unique way. Pat loves it, and it’s a hit for tea time with guests.Pros:✔ Clever design – The magnetic straining mechanism is both practical and fun.✔ Great tea quality – Steeps well and strains smoothly.✔ Well-built – Glass construction feels solid and durable.✔ Conversation piece – Perfect for impressing tea-loving guests.Cons:✘ Not actually magic – If you were hoping for wizardry, you’ll have to pretend.✘ Handle with care – While sturdy, it’s still glass.Final Thoughts:If you love tea (or live with someone who does), the Enchanti Tea Pot is a fantastic addition to your kitchen. It brews great tea and provides an extra element of fun with its unique mechanism. Definitely recommended!

This tea pot is truly a wonderful gift to receive. A small amount of tea in the bottom. Then fill with hot water. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Push the lever down. Watch your tea flow through. Drink and enjoy- just make sure not to do what I did the first time and put to many tea leaves in- lol

The first thing I'd like to point out is that this is not made of any wood. Anything that looks like wood is plastic. It's not bad as far as fake wood goes, though, and probably a lot easier to care for than the real thing. The handle is stuck on with an adhesive, but it is very accurate. If you're trying to make tea for more than maybe two people at a time, this probably isn't for you. The brewing basket can hold a maximum of about 6 ounces, or 3/4th of a cup. The standard for a 'cup' of coffee. Your tea is going to absorb some of that, and you shouldn't fill it up that much either to leave room for the cap and the rubber (or silicone or whatever it is) grips. If you can get multiple infusions out of your tea, this is a good time to do that if you want some reasonable amount in your pot. I was able to brew 4 teaspoons of loose leaf tea, but this is likely too much to get the best results. Once you have your tea, you could, I suppose, add water if you made it very strong to compensate for the very small amount you'd otherwise get. That said, it is cute. What it lacks in practicality it can make up for in grace. The mechanism is not leak proof, but it doesn't leak much and the magnetic drain, while somewhat slow, worked perfectly. The slow draining probably adds to the 'enchantment' of the teapot. It is attractive, and the shape of the glassware makes for a very precise pour that doesn't dribble onto itself when you stop. If practicality is not a big deal to you but presentation is everything, then this could be the ticket for you. There is something to be said for adding a little 'enchantment' to your world, even if it takes a bit more work than the 'ho-hum'.
