I use locally sourced expansion bolts with this lifting eye to drag and lift granite boulders that have ranged up to roughly 3 tons. Excellent product, no signs of deformation at all.

There are some states that require those typical duo safety chains that you see on bumper trailers. Most 5th wheels don’t have these chains installed (only the safety cable).I found a way to put a safety chain by installing these oval eyebolts on the bolt hidden inside the kingpin main structure. The 5/8” dia. thread fits perfectly. Hence, I need not drill.
