The halo too is perfect. The tippmann tank on the other hand... You have to make sure everything is tight and assembled correctly when you get it. Just check the fill adapter, burst plates, and allen keys to make sure they're snug. Some pieces on mine were loose and caused issues at first. After addressing them, its been great.

Bought two of these sets. One auto clocker had a goose neck on it so the hopper slipped right on. The other auto clocker (pictured) didn't have a goose neck so slightly used medium sandpaper on the base to make it slipped right on. Both hoppers worked as intended, no malfunctions. Easy to install batteries and lasted the entire play time which was several hours. The tanks worked great EXCEPT one tank had a continual leak and required maintenance which took about 5 minutes and it worked fine from that point on. My pods only carry 140 paintballs so can't confirm it holds 180 but there was still room for more paintballs in the hopper with 140 already in it. The hopper lives up to the quality brand of Empire. The lid is heavy duty and stays in place, doesn't all of a sudden open up and spill paintballs everywhere. Yes, the tank is heavy...but for the price you can't complain as a Carbon Fiber Air Tank can start at $200. So, just workout and get some muscles in those biceps and it should be a breeze.

The tank's a bit heavy but not overbearing. The hopper can keep up with my Mini on full auto which is roughly 10-15bps. Lid snaps on pretty solidly but I'm sure it will wear out and I'll end up with a Halo Speed Feed lid. Still, solid hopper.

Just got this in the mail and it looks great.Everyone knows Empire is a reliable brand in paintball and this is a great set up for an entry player like myself.This combo ends up saving you around 20 bucks too so thats a plus.
