This is the best Jacuzzi bath with air bubbles and waterfall on each side. Fill the tub with hot water and its heater keeps it at that temperature. You can soak and enjoy a fantastic bath. Best tub I have ever had.

Everything works just needs to be not so noisy. Really needs variable speed motors. No way to adjust airflow. Does not set completely on the floor which allows things like dust or whatever you may drop on the floor to go under the tub. It’s not long enough to really stretch out in need to be longer. Like I said really noisy

I bought this tub primarily for my disabled husband, but I had planned to use it too. Unfortunately, it’s incredibly uncomfortable to sit in because all the jets stick up from the surface of the tub so something’s sticking into your back or backside however you shift. The jets have actually caused welts and skin tears for my husband who is less able to shift off them. Furthermore the waterfall feature is made of sharp metal which has cut us both. This item is impossible to return since it can’t be used before it’s installed, so we’re stuck with an expensive item that can’t be used as intended; I’ve had to buy a chair for my husband to use in it so he doesn’t get hurt, which makes it use more water for a shallower bath. The jets are also incredibly noisy and violent with conversation impossible and water splashing all over the bathroom when they’re used at the lowest setting. I would not recommend this product.

The tub does not seem to have come with a manual. I am trying to get the jets started. It does not work.Please help

1st they sent us with a factory defect. Pipe was not put on correctly along with missing part. Contacted them and they were sending the part and expecting us to pay for a plumber to come fix their mistakes. So far almost $2,000. So we get it on and the seal doesn't stay sealed when u turn the heater and the jet on the same time. Flooded my bathroom twice now. So now we have to figure out something to make it from leaking which will cost us more money. Never again from this company. They suck and don't stand behind their product. WARNING Don't buy

We received the tub. Looks great. The instructions for electrical is One, 1 photo of the before and second after it is wired, but no explanation why 6 connection. After installing the spout to the tub, no instructions on water connections other than connect two supply line to source, nothing to connect to the spout. No instructions in the manual or diagrams. I called Amazon Customer support Linda, what a joke. All she could help with is return or give me the manufacturers website. She couldn't even contact the the manufacturer. She just told me to contact them but the manual doesn't have ANY information on the manufacturer, trouble shoot or phone number. I finally got a hold of the manufacturer from their website. They were great, problem resolved. They get 5 stars for Customer support. Zero stars for Amazon (Linda) and the installation manual with no instructions or diagrams or contact info.
