En ningún momento recibí una fecha de entrega, hablé dos veces con Amazon y me dijeron que me iban a llamar en cuanto llegara al transportista y eso nunca pasó y que la fecha de entrega era el 28, después que el 29 y me sorprendió que llegó el 24. Toda una incertidumbre.

Installation was not easy. Tub is taking a while to fill up, water coming slowly from the shower head. Someone needs to give me some answers too

raised Off Floor 6 inches for effect . tile all around. two sides placed 6 inches from wall against garage wall to provide access panel to all plumbing. we have the heater and LED light inside the water. we put LED in the shelves .

I actually love the tub! It showed up, and the delivery was great! When I unboxed the tub it seemed to be missing power cords!! They are odd cords and not available at big box stores (home Depot) also the bolts holding the motor to the frame where clearly missing washer and frayed the alloy frame. Customer service was very concerned where I bought the item after sending proof of purchase and several calls they told me it dose not come with power cords? I called lots more times and got this guy who just asked for my address and a week later they showed up. Other than that they tub it's self is awesome! The shower wand leaks but all other functions work great! This would have been 5 stars if the customer service was good.
