Enhance Patient Care with a Reliable 12-Inch Goniometer from Elite Medical Instruments

Goniometer Model

A goniometer is an essential tool in physical therapy that plays a crucial role in assessing and tracking a patient's range of motion. This precision instrument allows physical therapists to measure joint angles accurately, making it easier to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans. Using a goniometer helps identify limitations in joint movement, ensuring that therapy sessions are targeted and effective. By regularly measuring with a 360-degree goniometer, therapists can set realistic recovery goals, track improvements, and make data-driven decisions to enhance patient outcomes. Whether it's for rehabilitating post-surgery patients or improving flexibility, a goniometer is key to achieving measurable results in physical therapy.

I noticed my Physical Therapist using one of these as I go through the paces recovering from a Total Knee Replacement as well as straightening and lengthening my right knee and leg. I bought this because the price was right and I seriously want to keep working on my knee’s flexibility. I’m one month & 8 days post-op now. Having this goniometer will keep me motivated too. It is easy to use as well. Thank you, Amazon!

My goniometer arrived on time and I tested its functionality right away. It's not too loose and not too stiff. Overall, great product, awesome price, and will be utilized throughout my graduate school.

I'm still recovering from knee replacement (4 months ago), but finished with Physical Therapy, so ordered this to use at home to give myself alittle more incentive to do my exercises. My daughter helps measure my knee bend here at home, since it's a bit hard for me to get it positioned just right to read it. Measures pretty true to PT's as I go to have them measure periodically. Worth having for the low cost.

Works as expected and as described. My only complaint is that it was shipped in a padded envelope and when left at my house it was sitting under something much heavier. Great idea by the UPS driver and no fault toward them. My point is that this is a precision tool of sorts and if it had been bent, cracked or broken during delivery it would have to make a round trip back to Amazon to be replaced and cost everyone time and money. I respect Amazon for wanting to ship it in something lighter and slimmer, nothing like getting something small in the mail only to have it arrive in a huge box. At least put a piece of cardboard in there guys.Otherwise as I mentioned, the tool is exactly as expected - did arrive 100% fine, no cracks or bends.

I find it helpful to be able to check the flexion of my new knee without the help of my PT, and this does the job well. It's reassuring to know that I'm making progress, or doing at least as well as previous measurements indicate. It would be easier to do this whilst kneeling if the dial were a smidge smaller.
