No serial number is included on the media sleeve where there is clearly a place to include it. Therefore you have to visit the software download site (provided on the serial number sticker), click a link that supposedly gets you to the support page but really just goes to the main corporate web site, click another link to get to the support page, and create a help desk ticket saying that you didn't get a serial number.Seriously, the point of buying physical media is to avoid dealing with this kind of license request nonsense.Also, the box that I have is damaged.The combination of that and the lack of serial number makes me wonder if I just bought pirated software. >:-(

I like these simple and easy to follow music theory lessons. Each lesson is clear, short and engaging. The narrator has a very pleasant voice which is enjoyable to listen to. The program listens to you, gives you feedback and keeps track of your progress. It's a great supplement for someone learning to play an instrument. The material is suitable for beginners and more advanced students, covering rhythm, melody and harmony. I'm a music teacher and I will be recommending it to my students.
