I Love using this with My Embroidery Machine. I can pull any color thread and set it up on my embroidery machine whenever I need to change colors.

It felt a bit like a game of Tetris putting it together but once all assembled it worked great. My threads fed to machine well. Very happy 😊

The stand is set up easily and is a welcome addition to my embroidery machine. The threads can be arranged in order and ready for the next one. All sizes of spools can be accommodated. I did have to remove the bottom metal thread guide because it would sometimes trap the thread and cause a broken needle.

I already have a 10 Spool thread stand, but with 2 embroidery machines, I found the need for another. This 20 spool stand is comparable to the Brother brand that I have at a considerable savings. It was relatively easy to assemble. Mine was well package so I did not have any of the sand issues other reviewers had. My only confusing part was the thread guide on each level. The guide does go in the front of the stand and it is to be inserted right next to the #5 hole. That is for both levels. A little confusing. The spring/cutter thing on the top was more of a nuisance than a help to me. I do have a tip I picked up on Youtube. If you have mini clips, clip the end of your threads to the top of each thread slot on top. This really keeps the loose ends of all those threads from getting tangled up with each other. When you are ready to change color, slip the clip back down on the thread and then clip the thread under the clip. Pull the discarded thread tail back down through your machine. So much easier now.My only con is the instructions. There are some pieces to this stand that are a little confusing on how to use them. I will probably never need them and it is nice to have in case I find out how. There are no videos showing you how to use. It does include an attachment for lubricating your thread. Maybe that will be helpful with metallic threads. It would be nice if they had said something about this.

I was a bit skeptical but this works a treat on a brother v3 just make sure the hoop will not it when the machine is running. It’s saved me a lot of messing around

This is a sturdy product and works exactly as described. Despite many previous reviews to the contrary, mine arrived with explicit instructions on how to put the product together, along with a description about what each part is designed to do. The photos showing each part (with part numbers and part names) were small, black and white, and certainly not "high definition", but they got the job done. I took my time, and everything went together perfectly. At the end of the instructions were descriptions on the purpose and use for each accessory. Each part and set of accessories was separated into plastic bags, and although the base had a small amount of loose sand in the bag, it was immaterial. The base itself is not leaking sand (which provides the weight to keep the stand from tipping over). The mast across the top will allow the threads to lay within each notch, and it would be better if the notches were not so wide, because the threads do tend to fall out. Among the dozens and dozens of accessories provided are six additional thread guides (2 of one kind; 4 of another), which help provide better tension and corral the thread better than the mast. I just completed a 15 thread embroidery, and was happy to have this thread stand to help organize all the colors. I will say that the footprint of the stand is quite large (16" wide x 6" deep; overall height of ~19") and I was not able to place it directly behind my embroidery machine due to my table only being 14" deep (embroidery machine takes up 12"). I was able to put the thread stand to the right of the machine and it worked fine. If you have a deeper sewing table, you'll have a much better layout to place the stand behind your machine where it will be more functional. It will also come apart if you'd like to put it away. There is only one part attached with a screw (the extendable mast pole screws into the bottom thread stand. But the rest will come apart easily, and the 14" pole can be telescoped down to about 5". I plan to keep mine together, and just place it on a top shelf when I'm not using it. All together, this is a great multi-spool thread stand!

I tried this out and it seems to work great. The instructions were very helpful. It is quite lightweight pretty cheap materials but handling carefully should work very well. It did not have the thread lubricator that it showed in the parts sheet which I could use with my metallic threads. I have written to the company but then I noticed other reviews that said even though it showed it in the picture it was not included. The threads fed smoothly both upright and horizontal feeding spools. Overall this will help keep the multiple threads organized.
