This thread has virtually no lint. Hence your machine will run longer between cleanings. This thread is very shiny appearance, thin, lightweight and yet extremely strong. Embroiders love this since it creates a soft backing, even on dense designs. Many machine quilters like using a filament poly thread in the bobbin. Due to it's slick surface, it works well with metallic threads and heavy cotton threads. The slickness of the filament poly thread does not snag or grab the top thread. If you've had trouble using metallics or heavy cotton threads, a slick bobbin thread may solve some problems.

Works well on my brother dream machine. More of it goes on the bobbin so less bobbin refills needed. I love it!

I love the OESD bobbin thread but o have a new machine that allows me to wind a bobbin without u threading my machine . Unfortunately the wider bobbin spools do not fit on the machine requiring a free standing stand to wind the bobbin . These fit the machine perfectly .

I needed more embroidery bobbin thread and bought some locally. But they were standard spool sizes and for machine embroidery these would not go very far. I’m really glad I found this size. So far it seems to be decent thread. This spool will last for a little while, but a lot longer than the small spools. If you do machine embroidery, and want to save money by winding your bobbins yourself, this is the way to go.

This thread seems to work fine. I have not had any issues, but I just began using it. Fingers crossed.

This is supposed to be wound onto bobbins for embroidery. It is very thin but very strong. This is not for topstitching or regular sewing unless you're specifically looking for something this thin. The reason this is great (and even vital) for embroidery is bulk. Not only can you get so much more on your bobbin for fewer changes, your embroidery will lay flatter and won't be as stiff. Not to be used in free standing lace embroidery, though.

The cost, durability, is always top priority. I just happened on to your site and found the bobbin thread that I had been looking for at a price that I thought was reasonable. Thank you so much. Price is great. Thread is great. I ordered double so I would have plenty on hand. If/when I run out I will absolutely order more and I'll also pass your information on to anyone needing this type of thread. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

works well for quilting applique. thread breaks some, but not bad using a stretch feather stitch. Because it is a finer thread I do not have to wind more bobbins as often.
