I didn't think it would work making hard boiled eggs is a royal pain especially when the shells stick when peeling. This machine made the most perfect hard boiled eggs and the shell came off effortlessly it took 17 minutes best $15 I've ever spent

Ive been looking for an egg cooker that was at a low price point and decided to give this one a try and I LOVE it! It's super easy to use, multiple ways to make your eggs and easy to clean.My hard boiled eggs on the stove never turn out right and this saves me stress and time lolHighly recommend!!

Easy to use! Timer alerts you to when the eggs are done. Yolks are bright yellow and creamy with no green ring. Easy to peel. Machine is easy to clean.

This looks ridiculously like a toy. I was thinking when I first opened it, did I get the wrong thing? Nope! Seriously though it boiled my eggs fast. The egg is so easy to peel. I couldn't believe it. I always put salt in my water when I boil eggs, I don't know if it helps to peel or not, so I was expecting some ugly peeled eggs with this toy looking thing. I got perfectly peeled eggs in a shorter time than boiling and without using salt. You poke a hole in the egg using a little pin that is in the bottom of a small measuring cup. Nothing spued out of the egg and it didn't break and get raw egg everywhere. Like what in the world is going on? This little toy egg cooker has already blown my mind because of the looks alone. So the way I like my boiled eggs are done through and through. I don't want any wet looking yoke in the center. You add a little water in the provided measuring cup to the desired cooking. Plug it in and turn it on. When the water evaporates the egg is supposed to be done. Well I needed to add a little more water because my first egg wasn't done the way I like. So I put more water in and it cooked it perfectly. It does have a little buzzer alarm when the water is gone and it also turns off the hotplate. There is a little steam hole in the lid and that sucker is blowing out some very hot steam. It seems like it would melt the plastic lid but it doesn't. All in all, if you want a faster way to make boiled eggs this is what you need. If you are short on space in the kitchen, this is what you need. If you just like cookware that looks like a toy, this is what you need. Great little machine. Designed for the kid in all of us.. lolAlso it could be just me or it could be the fact that you poke a hole in the bigger end of the egg, but it seems like the egg after peeling has a film on it. Maybe it's because when I boil eggs and peel, I crack the ends first and that membrane inside that you get off the egg. Well I'm not sure that when you poke the hole maybe it causes it to mix with the white part of the egg or what it is. I've only used it the one time, so I'm not sure what it is, but I thought about it too much and it grossed me out. So I haven't used it again.Side note, if you have little ones you should keep this up out of reach, because I can not express how hot that steam got, and how much this looks like a toy. Everything that is in the box when you get it, looks like a child's toy. But it definitely is not.

I never thought I would need any of these I mean, seriously how hard is it to boil eggs right?! Well I have myself have forgotten and left eggs cooking until all the water is boiled out. I have also undercooked them many times.I love this thing. It’s kinda cute. It looks nice on the counter when I do pull it out to use it. It’s easy to clean up and easy to put away. It makes perfect eggs. Every time. One thing is important to know: there is a little measuring cup that comes with this gadget. On the bottom of the measuring cup, there is a little lid that can be pulled off of the bottom of the measuring cup underneath that lid is a little poker. This is how you make a hole in the egg shell before you start cooking the eggs. It’s very easy to do you poke this hole on the Fat End of the egg. Not the skinny end. It is very easy to poke this hole. Don’t worry the egg is not gonna break in your hand. But it is important that you poke this hole in the egg first. If you don’t poke this hole, your eggs may explode in the cooker & make mess in it. So don’t miss that part in the instructions. After that, you set your eggs into the holder, you add a small amount of water using your measuring cup that came with it close the lid and turn it on. It will beep when it’s ready, and it will turn off itself, (except for the beeper the beeper will keep beeping until you turn it off).Once once the eggs are done, I let them set a few minutes longer. I didn’t run some under cold water and I have a nice fast snack already it anytime. Sometimes I make a small batch of deviled eggs, toast, and avocado for breakfast for my husband and I. It’s quick and easy.

I always have problems with eggs that don't peel properly. This little steamer has fixed that problem shells just slide off no problem

Where has this been all my life? I had no idea how easy it could be to de-shell a hard boiled egg. I've made dozens since I bought it a couple months ago. Every single egg has peeled so easily. They don't rip or tear apart or get stuck. Deviled eggs turn out beautifully. I use this twice a week since purchase. It's quite a small appliance. When I opened it I thought "no way this is for 7 eggs" but they fit!Others have complained about rust? It's not rust!!!! The heating surface will stain/discolour if you use water from your tap. I don't have distilled water on hand. So I use oil to oil up the metal heating plate to help with any build up. When I notice discolouration, I add some salt with some vinegar and lightly rub it off, then re-oil the surface. Just like the instructions say. It works beautifully. The other pink parts can go in the dishwasher. (Not the machine part with the cord! Come on people, use your brains!) Very easy to clean and use. I like hard boiled eggs thoroughly cooked. So after the beeper goes off I let them continue to steam for 3-5 more minutes. (Personal choice)I tried the poacher and omlette racks as well. Very fluffy omlette!!! I would recommend this to everyone! And I think it's a fantastic price point for what it does. I love it.

I love this portable beautiful coral-colored egg cooker. I cooked medium and hard boiled eggs so far - including 3 or 7 eggs at a time, per instructions on the menu. Follow the exact measurement of the water level required for cooking soft, medium and hard boiled eggs. My eggs all turned out perfectly so far. Everything was as described. I love to eat eggs and may eat up to 3 per day. It saves me a lot of cooking time. The cooker comes with an alarm which goes off after the eggs are cooked. For safety reason and to avoid overcooking, I always remove the lid immediately after the alarm goes off (very loud-you wont miss it), and turn off the power button at the same time. PS I have not tested the product in cooking the poached eggs. Not sure if it works or not. Value-added: the flat surface (pan) of the product can be used to cook small amount of vegetables after adding high level of water. Highly recommended.

Works like a charms. Just fill the cup to what ever line you want, pour it in the tray, pop a hole in the egg, put the top on and press the button. When you hear the beep there done. The only complaint is the markings came off fairly easy just by hand washing. We only make hard boil eggs and that was a whole cup so not a huge deal.
