I'm not advanced from a tech standpoint, and I had zero issues getting everything set up. I paired it with Zwift, my garmin and a HRM in 20 minutes with zero issues. Great product...highly recommend!

I just purchased this smart trainer like a week ago.. it seems like this trainer came with issues.. I try to send a complain to the company to see if they can replace it or just send me a new one... But I haven't heard anything from them.. I don't recommend this product. connectivity doesn't work properly.. plus it has some clicking sound when you pedal..

Think should come with ANT+ dongle for price but works perfect.

I bought this trainer because I was happy with my first Drivo. The direto XR claimed to have greater resistance at steeper grades. On Zwift when the grade goes above 12% (half of claimed max) the resistance on trainer feels like your tire is slipping out. And there is no increased resistance. Actually the unit made a really bad whirring sound like it was breaking. Might as well save yourself the money and purchase another brand or unit.

I waited for a long time to upgrade from my awful Kinetic by Kurt trainer. I finally gave up waiting for deal (damn pandemic) and bought the Direto. I wanted a Wahoo Kicker Core, but this with its higher spec, included cassette and adapters seemed the better deal. No regrets. I've put ~70mi on it now, so time for a review. The unit connects to my zwift setup quickly and consistently, so thing the Kinetic did not do well at all. While it may not be as quiet as the Wahoo, it's quieter than the bikes drive train so it's a moot comparison. The ONLY weird issue I've experienced is the trainer adding a lot of resistance just before a zwift ride starts, which goes away as soon as you're 'in, world'. I get on my bike and ride, never thinking about the Direto. That's all you want!

Have ridden it a few times paired with TrainRoad and love it. Very quiet, I can watch TV without headphones. It was missing the front wheel block, a real annoyance but I bought mine from REI and they were able to send me a replacement.
