As I refresh our powder room, I upgraded the single outlet using this GFCI plug. The electrical box is the original and equivalent to an old work size box, and this plug fit easily inside. The box doesn’t sit flush with the drywall, and with the old style outlet where the faceplate screw is in between the two plugs it wasn’t noticeable. With this new outlet and its screwless wall plate it is obvious, and I removed the “ears” on the outlet before I realized it. Those would’ve made the outlet more flush, but since that is merely cosmetic, I’ve decided to just be glad to have GFCI protection in a damp/wet environment.I was able to quickly install this outlet using the back wiring feature and tightening the clip under the screws. The line and load terminals are clearly marked, and everything tested out perfectly. The green “everything is good’ light provides me another level of comfort.The color of the outlet and matching faceplate coordinate with the new faucet and pop up drain as well as the base of the vanity light. The price is more than fair for the quality of this GFCI outlet.

The matte black finish is incredibly elegant and adds a modern touch to the space. We've noticed that the new outlets are noticeably larger than the ones previously installed, which required us to trim back the tile slightly to accommodate them. Despite this minor adjustment, the overall appearance is fantastic. The covers and switches complement the design beautifully and truly enhance the room's aesthetic. We've received numerous compliments from friends and family on how stunning they look, and it feels great to have made such a striking upgrade..

One of the six gfci's has failed. In service for 3 weeks. Installation was very easy.
