Was skeptical but I am glad I got this instead of the name brand for 4x the price. Have used this almost every day since receiving it and it has performed flawlessly. If you're thinking about buying this don't put it off like I did. This is a powerful tool that is comfortable to use and a great deal.

This works great. It easily handled driving lag bolts through pre drilled holes to clamp some platforms together. We are not convinced that it is any more convenient or faster than using a drill/driver or even a manual ratchet. It will fit into tighter spaces though. So, if your are working on, say, a car, that might be important. Otherwise, no need for one more tool which may not be used often enough to justify buying it.

This is a well made, cordless ratchet that feels substantial and provides a large amount of torque. It is quite robust and very solid, and I imagine that it is the current limit of the battery pack that will limit how much torque this is capable of. It can power off stuck on bolts, and is much easier and faster than removing bolts by hand. It is kind of long, so I couldn't get it into some tight spaces. On the other hand, it is narrow enough that it can reach into many tight spaces where it is difficult to use a standard ratchet, because there isn't enough swing room. This is really a great tool to have, and definitely one I wish I had gotten sooner. I would choose this over a manual ratchet any day!

Good for light duty work, when you don't have much space to work with. The variable speed trigger works well, the LED light is handy for illuminating the work area, and I was able to insert and remove my Dewalt 20V batteries without any binding.Note that this ratchet doesn't provide anywhere near 1700 RPM as indicated in the listing - I was only getting around 260 RPM at full speed under no load, which is pretty typical of these types of ratchets, and fine for my use.

This is a very nicely made cordless ratchet. It runs strong and is simple to use. It has the normal switch to go from forward to reverse and it’s placed in the normal spot of a regular ratchet. It's also fairly light weight for its size. The grip feels good and is covered in a cushioned layer of rubber. It’s noisy when the ratchet is spinning while being used. There is quite an annoying clicking sound. All said, I highly recommend this cordless ratchet. I love using it.
