Works very well.

Stopped working after a couple months. Removed bottom to troubleshoot. Discovered very cheap components that look like they were assembled by children.Very poor quality.

There are multiple versions of this thing going for sale on amazon. Pretty sure they are all trash. I purchased this and it broke on me TWICE. The knobs are poorly made and it has a faulty fuse. So bad that I'm taking time out of my busy day to write this same review everywhere for this item haha. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Purchased this unit and used it for about a month, moderate usage, 3 or 4 hours a day 3 days a week. The unit had a tendency to get too hot, making the unit itself so hot that it had to be unplugged and allowed time to cool until it could be safely operated. Unit was used on an open work table, no clutter around it, in a clean production facility. On January 22, 2024 the unit got so hot that it simply ceased to function. As the unit was smoking and smelled like burning wires we removed it to a safe and secure area on our loading dock so it would no longer be a hazard to our workers or facility.

Unfortunately I didn’t try to actually use it for several months after I bought it, so I couldn’t return it. So money down the drain! Since it was made in China, there was no customer service information. Think twice before buying.

EDIT - 3.13.23 After previous issues, seller reached out and offered to restore my confidence in their item. Replacement item was received in good order and is functioning perfectly. Hopefully will continue to operate as designed until my business outgrows this unit. Rating updated to 4 stars. Excellent customer service was provided, THANK YOU!Seller claims these are tested and are expected to be in new working condition. The first unit I ordered arrived with no power cord but fortunately I had one that fit. The heating element shroud was severely discolored like it was run too hot and there was something loose and rattling inside the unit. It did work but I chose to have it replaced due the uncertainty of its lifespan due to the overheating and obviously used condition.Second unit arrived, well packaged and appeared to be in good condition. Plugged it in, turned on the power switch and the green light came on, but no heat from the element and the digital display did not work. So, this one is going back for another replacement.So much for the expectation of receiving a quality working product.

Reçu l'article aujourd'hui, je ne l'ai pas essayé encore mais la finition extérieure laisse vraiment à désirer pour le prix. On dirait que le fabricant a oublié de faire la finition du polissage de l'appareil. Très décevant par rapport au prix payé!
