This is just ok, but it does what I purchased it for. I wanted it to heat water to a specific temp for matcha and then I heat/froth oat milk or a vanilla protein shake to make a matcha latte. It's easy enough to use, and it froths well.It worked perfectly for a week, but after a week, the auto shut-off stopped working, so I have to watch it carefully once it reaches the temperature I set. I normally heat the milk to 160º, and the first time I noticed the auto shutoff wasn't working, it was reading 169º, and the milk started to burn on the bottom.

I’m sorry to say this product worked reasonably well the first couple of times I used it but after the third day it stopped frothing. I’ve tried to troubleshoot the problem but haven’t had any success.
