Works as advertised. My old frother stopped working after 8 years (another brand). Purchased this. Said it came with a “heating only” insert- it doesn’t. (It does have the frothing attachment) neither did my old one so I heated the milk with no insert using first option and worked just fine.

I've had several frothers and this one may be my favorite. it's a great value for the price and it's wider than other ones, allowing for greater functionality. The heat levels are great and literally just need to rinse with water to clean it out! Very happy with this purchase!

Update 2/18/25 No longer doing a great job as round spring came off of mixer piece so its no longer frothing. Not able to reattach it. Will likely need to purchase another, different brand. Disappointed. Does a great job, but you have to underfill it. Otherwise you will have a mess. Makes great foam, but you have to make sure you put the smallest amount of liquid in. Frustrating that 9 times out of 10 I have to clean my counter up because it leaks down the side.
