Works really well. I use it once or twice daily. Perfect for personal or single person use since it only makes 1 cup at a time. The controls are easy to use. My only complaint is that some days it does not create much foam (I like the second setting).

Only had this a couple of weeks, but so far, it's GREAT. Froths milk well. It has a nice classy look and feel to it. Easy to use and versatile.

I’ve been using this frother for the past 5 months. It’s been good initially, it would create a really nice foam. A few cons is the milk is warm it’s not steamy. It only heats to 150-160F. My main grief with this item is the black spinner which sits on the bottom of the unit. That piece is not detachable. As you can see from my pic sometimes milk ends up sticking to the bottom of the unit and even with my small hands it is hard to get into it to clean it. I cannot get under the black spinning part to clean that either since it’s not detachable. For that reason I’m parting ways with this frother as it’s concerning that residue can build up under there and I cannot access it to clean it

As the headline states, this is a pretty good frother, especially for the price. And if you register it online, the warranty is 2 years.It is pretty quiet and heats the foam/milk appropriately. It also produces a nice thick foam.Two quick watch outs:1) The “buttons” are really like a touch screen…you just barely tap them. If you push, it doesn’t work.2) There is a design flaw with the main frothing stirrer. When you put it in, it doesn’t click into place…there is nothing to hold it on. It spins fine, but when we poured out the foam, the stirrer came flying out because it does not latch into place. It made a mess but now that we know we will be more careful.Overall, I would purchase this unit again, especially for the price. We will see how long it lasts with daily use.

I purchased this on Aug 16, 2024. Received Aug 21, 2024.the Good:Very nice warmer/frother.Easy to use. Heats milk to 160F.Easy to clean, at first.the Neutral:Frothing/stirring attachments do not attach securely.They will fall into your cup when pouring.the Bad:After 3 uses, a scald/scorch mark appeared in the bottom that got larger after each use.I used recommended scrubber sponges for non stick surfaces. Nothing removed the stain.I treated the stain with multiple cleaning agents recommended for non stick surfaces.The stain was never able to be cleaned.After 25 uses (Sep 13), milk would not heat up past 130F. Morning of Sep 14th, unit did not heat at all. The display registered the refrigerated temperature of the milk.Fortunately, I had kept the box for possible return.If you do purchase this item, keep the box, just in case.Update: Sep 30th: I was sent a replacement, pretty sure it was refurbished. The box is very plain with no manual. Frother worked great until this morning, October 15th. Shows write code E4. Now it does not heat. The stirring/frothing action still works. So I can use it to make could drinks. Definitely done with this brand.

We have had several frothers and our latest one started scorching the milk and got harder to clean after only a few months. This one works great, is easy to clean and operate and we are very happy with it. It was also very affordable.The whip became damaged and I contacted the company by email. They responded promptly and sent 2 more whips at no charge. They were very helpful and communicated with me several times to make sure I was satisfied.I would have no reservations buying from them again and recommending this product!
