Bought this a month ago and it worked great. But after one month it just stopped frothing. It runs, but the milk turns watery. I am so disappointed. I did everything they said to do to keep it clean and working. GRRRRR

The milk or creamer only foams a little. I supposed the first button was to create a thick cloud of cream . It doesn't at all it gets really hot and just foams a little. I've checked everything out and it's the same. Disappointed.

This frother simply did not work no matter what variation of creamer or milk I tried. So sad!! I had to package it back up and get a refund. I will begin my search again for a frother that works.
